At the YMCA of West Central Florida, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Each year, we help more than 200,000 youth, adults, and seniors improve their health, and learn new skills.
As a not-for-profit charity, we rely on charitable donations to ensure that everyone can be part of the YMCA.
YMCA members can reach more than just their fitness goals; the Y is a welcoming, supportive space designed to build relationships and find a deeper sense of belonging.
YMCA of West Central Florida Membership Includes:
- Unlimited access to both of our YMCA locations in Lakeland, Florida
- 2 indoor heated swimming pools, 1 outdoor swimming pool, 4 indoor racquetball courts, 3 indoor basketball gyms across both locations
- 4 free coach connect sessions with one of our wellness coaches (Fontaine Gills YMCA only)
- Free health assessment with vital check and personalized recommendations (Lakeland Family YMCA only)
- Child watch while you exercise
- Unlimited group exercise classes across both locations
- Member social events, teen and youth activities
- Access to the YMCA Par 3 executive 9-hole golf course with lighted driving range for an add-on fee
