Affordable Quality After School Care with the YMCA

Scholarship Funding Available Now!

 The YMCA, in partnership with the Early Learning Coalition of Polk County, is excited to announce of funding available for after school care at the following locations…Blake Academy, Caldwell Elementary, Churchwell Elementary, Griffin Elementary, Kathleen Elementary, Lake Marion Creek Elementary, N.E. Roberts Elementary, North Lakeland Elementary, Padgett Elementary, Rochelle School of the Arts, Southwest Elementary, Stephens Elementary, Wendell Watson Elementary, and Winston Elementary 

Arbor will be on-site at local YMCAs to assist you in determining your eligibility.  No appointment necessary.

January 19, Tues, Fontaine Gills YMCA from 5-7pm

January 20, Wed, Lakeland Family YMCA from 5-7pm

January 21, Thurs, Poinciana Family YMCA from 5-7pm

Please bring the following…

• Last 6 weeks proof of income (pay stubs) of parent(s)
• Birth Certificate or shot record of all children in the household
• ID of parent(s). If there are two parents in the household we need both of the parents information and ID
• Social Security Cards (optional)
• Child Support information on what the receive (if this applies)
• If the parent is a student a letter from the school stating if they are part time or full time and there schedule
